Spartans Worldwide was created in 2005 as a free online community of spartans from all over the world. We are not owned, endorsed, affilated with or funded by Anthony Bova, we are simply a private group of SHR enthusiasts.
The members of Spartans Worldwide maintain a daily forum of discussions touching on topics that range from spartan recipes and diet advice to work-out tips and mental inspiration. Our member-base consists of men and women of all ages and walks of life, brought together by our common commitment to Anthony Bova's Spartan Health Regime.
